Payment of the sitting fee is required at the time you make the sitting appointment. The session fee becomes nonrefundable

A deposit of at least $300 is required on all portrait previews taken from the studio.

The Preview deposit applies fully to all orders placed within 15 calendar days of preview delivery. Late orders are subject to forfeiture of deposit.

100% of the total order must be paid at the time the order is placed. The preview deposit may be applied to this, if the order is placed in a timely manner.

Most orders take from 2-3 weeks to complete. For any rush services there is an additional charge.

Due to the personal nature of portraits, I ask that an appointment be made for placing the order that allows sufficient time to provide adequate service.
